Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@batch33.com. Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

All Batch33 cartridges are independently lab-tested before shipment.
Batch numbers and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every product.
